Pick up date: Monday, August 23rd, 12:00 Noon– 5:00 p.m.      Payment: A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to each purchase. If your winning bid is $100.00, at check-out you will be charged $115.00. Payment can be made with a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover) Invoices over $3,000 will be required to pay via wire transfer. A $25.00 fee will be assessed for any declined payment. By agreeing to our terms. You are allowing us to charge your credit card following the auction.     This online bidding system is set to start closing at 7:00 P.M. 10 lots every 5 minutes with a 5-minute extension.     All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied.     Keep in mind that these items are used and may have scratches, dents, dings, holes, funky odors, etc.     Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. Any mention of an item’s condition is not an official grading of the item’s condition. When you are not certain of the condition or wear of an item, please bid accordingly.     Preview is strongly suggested to gauge the condition of each piece and to gain perspective on the size or number of items in each lot.     Onsite auction may have items in the attic, basement, barn, dark alley, scary dungeon rooms and other places that your spouse may be hesitant to enter. Please bid accordingly.          Pickup:     All items must be removed during the schedule pickup time(s).     Any items not removed during the pickup times will become the property of Kaufman Realty & Auctions of WV & will be handled at our discretion (unless other arrangements have been made). Kaufman Realty & Auctions of WV reserves the right to ban or do business with anyone they feel unqualified.           Please bring plenty of help and proper equipment needed to remove your items. Auction staff is not available to assist with loading.
