We are selling the contents of seven individual PODS. Contents are unknown but in the past it has been mainly household goods and furniture or business inventory. Buyer is responsible for purchasing the entire contents of a POD and removing all contents off the premises. This is a live auction that will take place on the PODS site at 4791 Burbank Road Memphis, TN 38118 beginning at 2:00 PM Tuesday November 13, 2018. Payment is in CASH ONLY.
Payment is in CASH only. The contents of each POD will be sold at auction individually and buyer must take the entire contents of the POD off the premises. Potential buyers will be allowed to inspect each individual POD as it is opened but may not enter the POD. Payment in CASH ONLY is due immediately at auction conclusion. (NO CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS). All items are sold in "AS IS,WHERE IS" condition.
