If an item is accepted, the consignor must sign a separate consignment agreement governing the sale. Acceptance depends on item type, condition, marketability, ownership documentation, and legal eligibility. Our team will confirm which items are appropriate for an upcoming auction.

A no-sale fee will apply if an item is offered at auction but does not sell. Any reserve price must be negotiated and agreed upon in writing before the auction.

The consignor must provide satisfactory proof of ownership and, when applicable, a valid certificate of title. Items must be free of any undisclosed liens, loans, security interests, or competing ownership claims. Additional terms, fees, and requirements will be provided in the consignment agreement.
