Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance of any firearm or related item for auction. All consignments are subject to review and approval by Walker Auctions. Acceptance depends on the item’s type, condition, marketability, ownership documentation, safety, and legal eligibility. Our team will confirm which items are appropriate for an upcoming auction.
If an item is accepted, the consignor must sign a separate consignment agreement governing the sale. A no-sale fee will apply if an item is offered at auction but does not sell. Any reserve price must be negotiated and agreed upon in writing before the auction.
The consignor must provide satisfactory proof of ownership or legal authority to consign each item and must disclose any liens, loans, security interests, competing ownership claims, or other restrictions affecting it. The consignor represents that each item has been lawfully acquired and possessed and is not stolen or otherwise prohibited from sale or transfer.
All firearms are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and will be processed by Walker Auctions and/or its designated Federal Firearms Licensee, as applicable. All sales, transfers, and returns are subject to required identification, documentation, background checks, waiting periods, approvals, shipping restrictions, and other legal requirements. Submission or acceptance of a firearm does not guarantee that it can be sold, transferred, shipped, or returned to any particular person.
Any firearm regulated under the National Firearms Act, or otherwise requiring special registration or transfer approval, must be disclosed in advance and accompanied by satisfactory registration and ownership documentation. Walker Auctions reserves the right to decline or withdraw any item that is unsafe or cannot be lawfully possessed, documented, sold, or transferred. Additional terms, fees, and requirements will be provided in the consignment agreement.
**Please do not bring or ship firearms to Walker Auctions without prior approval and delivery instructions. All firearms must be unloaded before delivery.**here
