At present time we will be selling at LIVE Auction the contents of Eight PODS. This number could change before auction date. Buyers will be bidding on the entire contents of the each POD. The auctioneer does not know the contents of the PODS until they are opened by the PODS facility manager at the auction. Past auctions have included household goods, furniture, business inventory, etc. Bring your truck or trailer! Auction is held at the PODS Memphis headquarters at 4791 Burbank Memphis, TN 38118.
The entire contents of each POD will be sold at LIVE Auction separately each as one lot. Auctioneer will auction the contents of each POD separately until all are sold. The auction begins at 2:00 PM Tuesday September 10, 2019. All items sell in "AS IS, WHERE IS" condition. Payment is to be made in CASH only immediately when auction has concluded. Buyer should bring correct change. No checks or credit cards will be accepted. Buyer is to remove entire contents of POD from property the day of sale unless owner grants an extended time. Registration via a drivers license is required. Auction will be recorded. Buyers should come prepared to remove ENTIRE contents. The POD itself is not included in the sale-only the contents.
